In July 2002, Nissan released to the world the 350Z Coupe. Descending from 5 generations of Nissan “Zed” cars, the 350Z offered a scintillating combination of potent powerchain mixed with great chassis and aesthetically appealing body….and all of this at very affordable price point.
The manual, rear wheel drive sports car quickly became a hit with journos and pundits a like. Many applauded the linear nature of the 3.5 litre quad cam V6 while others commended the enrapturing character the car had to drive. The bottom line was that the 350Z stood as a very good looking and capable sports car.
Fast forward to January 2005 and Nissan released their latest and most potent version of the 350Z to date; the Gran Turismo 4. Built to celebrate the cars involvement with the iconic driving simulator, 176 GT4 cars were built. Available in either Ultra Yellow or Kuro Black, the cars benefitted from an extra 20bhp derived from revised pistons, camshaft and exhaust valve timing along with a higher rev limiter. On the inside the individually numbered cars also profited from an uprated Bose stereo system with 6 disc CD changer and electrically adjustable black leather seats. Each car also came with a copy of the Gran Turismo 4 game which featured the car.

Having covered just 555 miles from new with its one and only owner, UK car #40 was originally supplied by City Nissan in Bognor Regis, West Sussex for the sum of £30,167 OTR. The car has just returned to us from the supplying dealer after a major service incorporating oil & filter change, brake fluid change, new battery and new spark plugs.
